First Baptist Church of Lapeer is holding its third Creativity & the Christian Conference on Saturday, June 8, from 9AM-5PM.

The goal is to meet with fellow believers to discuss the creative and artistic gifts and how our faith and the arts inform each other. The desire is to have theological discussions and hands-on craft work side by side. The hope is to see Christians encouraged as they use their creative gifts, and inspired as they see what others are doing with their gifts as believers. To that end, there will be workshop speakers presenting on a variety of topics.
