He was trained as a clinical psychologist with a\nspecialty in marriage and family counseling but had a radical conversion in 1992\, which\nled him to trust in Christ and His Word for all things related to life and counseling. He\nfounded Twelve Stones Ministries in 2004\, and more recently\, Soul Care Consulting\n(SCC)\, a ministry to develop healthy pastors\, leaders\, and care culture in the church.\nGarrett is a founding board member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. \nPat Quinn has been the Director of Counseling Ministries at University Reformed\nChurch since 2009. He has a passion for equipping the saints in biblical counseling and\ndiscipleship.
