DESCRIPTION:What is the Michigan Expositors Summit?\n\nThe Michigan Expositors Summit is an annual gathering of pastors\, ministry leaders\, and seminary students who come together to fellowship\, network\, and gain new tools to become better expositors of God’s Word. \n\nOur Program\nOur program is an annual\, half-day expository preaching seminar. We share a breakfast together\, participate in three workshops led by a seasoned expositor\, and then have lunch. The full cost of this event is carried by Grace Baptist Church so it can be offered to our participants free of charge.\n \n\nOur Next Summit:  April 3rd\, 2025\nPreaching in a Pluralistic World\n8:30am – Registration & Refreshments\n9:00am – Session 1: Helping Our People Understand Pluralism\n10:00am – Break\n10:10am – Session 2: Helping Our People Critique Pluralism\n11:10am – Break\n11:20am – Session 3: Preaching Christ in a Pluralistic World\n12:20pm – Lunch (no charge)\nOur 2025 Speaker:  Michael Wittmer\nMichael Wittmer (PhD\, Calvin Theological Seminary) is Senior Pastor of Cedar Springs Baptist Church near Grand Rapids and a professor of systematic and historical theology at Cornerstone Theological Seminary. He is a dedicated pastor\, scholar\, and blogger who writes accessible books on theology and Christian worldview for the church. \nA member of the Evangelical Theological Society\, Dr. Wittmer regularly presents at the association’s regional and national conferences.
