SUMMARY:Church Revitalization Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Baptist Mid-Missions is hosting a Church Revitalization Seminar at their Global Ministry Center in Cleveland\, OH June 4-6. This is the same seminar that has been offered as a for-credit class at Faith Baptist Bible College and will be offered this Fall at Bob Jones Seminary as a for-credit module.  The course is designed for the pastor or pastor-in-training\, because we believe local church renewal happens under good shepherding influence.  \nTHERE IS NO COST TO ATTEND\, and the seminar includes lunches and 1 dinner. There is a block of rooms available at a local hotel for those who need housing (available until May 15). Registration is open through May 30.  \nREGISTER HERE!\nThis Revitalization Seminar comes straight from a group of pastors and missionaries with experience in revitalization ministry. SUMMARY:Creativity & the Christian Conference
DESCRIPTION:First Baptist Church of Lapeer is holding its third Creativity & the Christian Conference on Saturday\, June 8\, from 9AM-5PM. \nThe goal is to meet with fellow believers to discuss the creative and artistic gifts and how our faith and the arts inform each other. The desire is to have theological discussions and hands-on craft work side by side. The hope is to see Christians encouraged as they use their creative gifts\, and inspired as they see what others are doing with their gifts as believers.
